1. High-purity graphite has excellent symmetry

2. Ability to regulate the operating voltage
When the carbon rod is heated in air, a fine protective oxide film (silica film) is formed on the surface of the graphite rod. The intermittent application ensures the temperature stability of the vacuum sintering furnace, which is conducive to the application of new rods, and the resistance value of graphite rods will increase at lower operating voltages.
Now, graphite rod is a new type of important electrode product, which has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, strong conductivity, good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, and not easy to break. It is usually used as a conductor material in a single sintering furnace or other heat treatment process.

3. Surface temperature
Assuming that the surface temperature of the graphite rod exceeds the certain temperature, the air oxidation rate will be accelerated, and then its service life will be shortened. Therefore, we need to control the surface temperature (the higher the temperature, the shorter the service life).


4. Voltage
We need to pay attention to the difference in the use of later voltage, wiring method adjustment or fundamental voltage adjustment. Half of the upper voltage limit in the later period was calculated. This is because assuming that various graphite rods will be used in the future, the voltage will be higher than that of new products.
