The graphite component is composed of two high pure graphite parts. It is known across industries for its exceptional strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
High-purity graphite parts play an important role in aviation, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries, such as semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace equipment, high-temperature furnaces, graphite electrodes and other applications.
High pure graphite parts are also common in automotive industry applications, particularly in the production of lithium-ion batteries. Graphite is an important ingredient in the production of such batteries, as it is used in the battery's anode.

Graphite parts are applied materials in various industries. The more common ones are high-purity graphite parts and ordinary graphite parts.

While both have the same base material, they differ in several important ways.

1. In terms of structural differences

Due to differences in manufacturing processes, high-purity graphite is structurally different from ordinary graphite. High-purity graphite is typically made using advanced purification techniques that remove impurities and produce a product that is over 99.9% pure. Regular graphite, on the other hand, is made through a simpler manufacturing process that places less emphasis on the removal of impurities. This results in lower purity levels, typically around 95%.

2. In terms of physical properties

High-purity graphite is generally harder, stronger, and more heat-resistant than ordinary graphite. It also exhibits higher electrical and thermal conductivity, making it more suitable for high-tech applications. In comparison, regular graphite is less durable and has poor thermal or electrical conductivity.

3. In terms of expression

Due to its higher purity and unique microstructure, it is highly resistant to corrosion and is ideal for use in harsh environments. Its excellent thermal conductivity makes it an ideal material for high-temperature applications, such as making crucibles for molten metal processing. In comparison, ordinary graphite has poor corrosion resistance and breaks down more easily than high-purity graphite.
