Ggraphite die for sintering is formed into specific cavities through precision CNC machining, thereby precisely constraining powder materials and achieving densification of the embryo during isostatic pressing or unidirectional pressurization. Their high compressive strength ensures the molding integrity of complex structural parts. In addition, the smooth surface of the graphite mold can directly determine the surface quality of the sintered part, thereby reducing post-processing losses.


During the sintering process, a high temperature environment is often required. The excellent thermal conductivity of the graphite die can achieve rapid temperature rise and fall, ensuring uniform heating of the material and avoiding crack defects caused by thermal stress. Its low thermal expansion coefficient ensures the dimensional stability of the mold during thermal cycles and can be recycled.
